Pricing varies based on the type and size of property. For residential, that means whether it's an apartment or free-standing home and the number of bedrooms. Please inquire via the contact form to recieve a customized quote for your home.

For commercial and industrial property, we offer personalised quotes through an evaluation to find the best solution to your situation.
The cracks.
Cockroaches love the cracks.
The first thing we do when we arrive is inspect the entire property to work out where the cockroaches are living and breeding, or coming in from outside or from neighbouring apartments through holes and cracks.

If there are holes or cracks that need to be filled, we can usually quickly do that on the job. There is an extra charge per hour for this work, which includes time and materials. Rarely we had to spend more than an hour filling cracks. But if they are not filled, we could be wasting our time and your money.
Getting to their nests.
Occasionally we may need to cut a penetration to install the products closer to their nests. We only do this in places that you can't see and either replace the cut out or install plastic caps to cover the hole. We don't make any cuts without getting your approval first.

If it needs to be done, normally we can do it in a few minutes and don't charge extra. If there's more than 15mins work involved, we charge further per hour which includes time and materials.
Pricing
The pricing is estimated based on the size of your house/ apartment.
